Season One.
Children of the gods.
Children of the Gods marks the first ever Stargate SG1 TV series episode. Taking a long time in production many fans including me feel that they pulled it off great msking it for me my fave episode of season one. It combines all the action that the film had but guiding the viewers into what is going to be a very exciting TV series. I think what makes the episode what it is, is the writers ability to do this. The very concept of human history being conbined with this alien life draws you in. My fave part of th episode is without a doubt SG1's escpae aided by Teal'c. It is a scene that fans will remember for a long time.
Season Two
Holiday.
Holiday is the 18th episode of season two and features Micheal Shanks playing two different characters. Also in the epsiode we see Richard Dean Andersons take on both Teal'c and Daniel. We also see Christopher Judges take on Jack as they end up playing different characters. I have picked this episode mainly for its comedy value. I love the sc-fi side to stargate but the cast have this untapped ability to carry off comedy as well.
Season Three
Urgo.
Season three is by far my fave of all the seasons staring Micheal Shnaks. It makes it very hard to choose my fave episode from a great season but here goes. I have chosen urgo but what can I say i'm a stickler for comedy. But other episodes that deserve a mention are legacy and foothold as they are other firm faves. But back to urgo, guest staring Dom DeLuise as Urgo the team are implanted with a device which unleases urgo which only SG1 can see and the madness and mayhem ensues. A great episode to watch over and over again its hilarious.

Season Four.
Beneath the surface.
Another great season this show just keeps getting better making it even harder for fans like me to make a website compiling their fave moments. I have chosen Beneath the surface but other episodes that deserve a mention are The Light, Upgrades and Window of Opportunity. Beneath the surface shows SG1 being sent to work in the mines with their memories erased and new identities given. I like this episode mainly because it shows how the team will prevail whatever the circumstances.

Season Five
Meridian.
I could not choose any other epsiode from this season which means so much due to Daniels departure other than Meridian. In this episode we meet the future member of SG1, Jonas Quinn of Kelowna and we lose Daniel as he asscends to a higher plane o existence. Daniels departure effected every fan however much they liked or disliked the character. This makes it an episode which will be remembered for a long time. Meridian was a very emotional episode and I'm not too proud to say that yes I was in tears.

Season Six
Prophecy.
Skeptical as many fans were I loved this series very much maybe because it was a fresh start I don't know. But Daniel was not lost forever he appeared a number of times throughout the season. My faviourite episode of the recent season has to be Prophecy. Prophecy revolves mainly around the character of Jonas Quinn as he discovers the ability to see into the future. However this ability does not come without side effects, he has a tumour growing which could eventually kill him. Jonas though still feeling he needs to prove himself pushes it to the limits. The episode shows the developing relationship between Jonas and the rest of SG1.
